If your belly hangs low you might need a longer option
Still going over my first days of wearing this shareware I’m 6’2” 450 so the garment might be a little undersized for me so I give it grace for that as I was still able to squeeze my fats into it wit minimal cracking or sounds of tearing it could be a little longer for my liking as it probably comes to my waist but with movement it will roll up on you leaving you looking like a busted can of biscuits in mashes your fats down smoother and flatter I can move and breath I haven’t tried any excessive moves in it yet over all not bad but i will be looking for a longer solution
