Shockingly good
The heater works great. Telephone support is very responsive. There are slight variations in output temperature, but I expected that. It has enough power to heat a reasonable shower flow (1 gal/min) too hot for me to touch. I wouldn't try to run 3 showers at once, though. One negative is the user manual - there are 2 electrical wiring diagrams, one for the low-power models and one for high-power. I have the model 288 which is wired like the high-power ones, but the manual says it's like the low-power ones. As a result I wired it wrong and got a shock when I touched the water pipe. Also, the manual doesn't explain how to set the "power level" (that's not the same as temperature) or what the power level actually does.

An update Woow I %100 love it the cellar thay are amazing I have received ...
An update to my satisfaction.Although I hired a plumber to install my unit I did not get my warranty because I did not register so the 2-year warranty is lame knowing that's no one else sells this unit but Sio Green in the United States it comes directly from Florida and is only available on Amazon it's sad that they can steal your money just like that not even 10 months of work and it's broke I had to pay another $90 to get a replacement heating element that they are claiming will work for 20 years and it does not required service I have to hire another plumber to install it and still no warranty on the new part shame and lame🤤. Buyer beware.Woow I %100 love it the cellar thay are amazing I have received a damaged unit in shipping process 3 days later it had a new one to install thank you so much you guys are the greatest. As far as the unit itself it is so easy to install plenty of hot water and is so nice to look at very well put together product I would recommend it to anyone living in Oklahoma I'm on well water thats coming out at around 56 degrees I have plenty of hot water hot enough that I have to mix it with cold water so I can wash my hands wow!!!

Hot water incredibly fast
We had a slightly difficult time understanding the booklet because it was for every model and we had to cross reference to make sure we had the correct wire, (our old water heater wire would not work )But once everything was installed correctly it works perfectly and we will see how it compares vs our old tank water heater.

Tankless water heater
Easy to install. I have only used the heater a couple of months, but I am completely pleased with it's performance and the whole concept. I am using it in a weekend cabin out on the farm. No continuous heating or waiting for the tank full of water to heat up when I get to the cabin; flip the breaker and instant / endless hot water. Pressure is as good as my shower at my residence in town.

Requires a licensed plumber or electrician to install it or the warranty is voided.
I gave this 3 stars and would have rated it higher; however, I've only had the unit for about 4 weeks and I don't know how it will preform in the long run. So I deducted one star. So far it works great. I believe the company claims it will last 20 years. I didn't like the fact that I had to hire a licensed plumber or electrician to do the installation of something that I could have easily handle myself. So, it ended up costing me about twice what I paid for the unit to have someone come in to do the install or the warranty would have be voided. It lost one more star because of that and consider deducting 2. Because this put me on the fence as to whether I should have even bought this product or someone else's that I could have installed myself. Time will tell whether I will regret having spent the extra money. When you fill out the warranty registration it has a place for you to give both electrician license numbers and plumbers license numbers. So, it would appear as though you need a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician to do the install. So, I called the customer service department before I had it installed and they told me that it could be a licensed electrician or a licensed plumber doing the install to satisfy the warranty requirement. I had an electrician do the work and put his number in both places. I guess I won't know if what the person on the customer service call told me was true unless I really have a problem. I will say this. If I had to have both I would not have had the unit installed. I would have retuned it and found a different unit. So, now that I'm looking back at all of this, I think I will deduct another star. So, the 3 rating is now a 2 because I've had a chance to reflect. on the added hassle and mony this cost me without really knowing how this thing is going to preform.

Everything we hoped for and more...
We needed a replacement of our old tankless water heater because it started to malfunction due to lime scale accumulation. I researched for a long time and could not find a suitable replacement, until I ran into the Sio Green brand on Amazon. It promises to be Cost-Effective & Corrosion Free with No Lime Scale, No Algae, No Bacteria and that's a future technology that's available right now which is exactly what I was longing for! I'm so happy I also don't have to worry about Algae, Bacteria and Corrosion, but the added bonus of this unit being able to heat the water much, much hotter than the previous unit (with the same power requirements) was a welcome surprise, so much so that we had to turn the thermostat temperature down! So now it's even more cost effective than we originally thought.Thank you Sio Green, for bringing your line of products to market, and I only hope others can take advantage of your amazing well overdue technology for this world!!!

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY
This unit will work well when it is 100 degrees outside. Otherwise it won't heat up water at all. I like the idea of saving space, etc but this technology has a long way to go if it is to compete with a tank electric water heater. The cost of this unit will get you a 40 gallon tank water heater. To compete you would need to buy a unit even more expensive and most likely upgrade your electrical box to accommodate almost 200 amps dedicated to just heating water. Ridiculous. If you want tankless go with a gas unit.

Easy to install
Put this in our Cabin very easy to install so far works great! We are in the northwest and have a well we won’t use it in the winter but even this fall when it is getting cold the water still heated up great!
