If you have motion sickness issues then use this before you have symptoms and it works great. It will help after as well but you will still have to take time to rest as it kicks in.

I highly recommend these pills. I am an avid dancer who suffers from dizziness. The two don’t go together well. I have tried different medications, including prescription meds, to stop the dizziness with no luck until I tried these ginger pills. They work like a charm. The bottle says to take two pills but I only need one. The only negative I have is that it causes heartburn, which I also suffer from. My advice is to take it with food to dull the heartburn or keep a beverage handy to wash down any heartburn.

I get motion sickness in the car very easily. These help so much. The pills are not hard to swallow and don’t really have a taste
