I grabbed this to help stabilize my blood sugar over an indulgent meal or snack. I found out a few years ago that Cinn & berberine help stabilize blood sugar when you’ve eaten “badly” a few times. You know that feeling when you eat too much and feel like you’re buzzing and fuzzy at the same time? Yeah - it helps with that . No taste. Good quality for good cost. The pills are average size for a capsule pill. Go ahead and they this.

Excellent product, it helps regulate blood glucose. It is also at a good price.

So far so good, I purposely waited 2 weeks to test this product. Background, 45 yo female prediabetic. 5’9 170 lb. I started product for holistic approach to help with A1C and hormonal wt gain. I eat fairly healthy and use treadmill every other day. I work from home now for past 3 years, noticed A1C increase from 5.8 to 6.2. With that being said 2 weeks of this product once a day I have lost 5 pounds and decreased BS by check 3 times a day only to review this product. Mind you I am prediabetic so my BS is typically normal with spikes only. My hormonal cravings are down, I snack less. For me I would not take more then once daily because I felt difference in my sugar being lowered to 90 which makes me fill fatigue personal. NO LOOSE STOOL side effect what so ever. Probably wouldn’t hurt in my case. So in all it took consistent 2 weeks taking once daily with good diet, minor exercise for weight lose 5 pound and notice of BS improvement. Can’t wait to have my A1C tested. I approve of this product.

Great price for Berberine

I haven’t been using this very long but I really like it so far. I’m 73 years young and I wanted to try it for maintaining my weight but the added bonus is it’s helping my overall active bladder. For the last 2 years I’ve had to get up 3-4 times through the night to go to the bathroom but since I’ve been taking this supplement I’m only getting up once. One around lunch time is all I’ve been taking, if I take one at night it seems to keep me awake, but we’re all different in what we need. So far I love this supplement

Not saying it doesn’t work. On day 1 I noticed my cravings, food noise, big back energy whatever you want to call it subsided substantially. By night 2 I had so much energy I had to take a melatonin because I know how important rest and recover is for the body and that day only consumed 1200 calories and was completely satisfied. By day 3 the smallest portions would make me full not grossly full but satisfied and I had lost 3 pounds. Do you see where I’m going with this? However I should have went with the other reviewers who spoke about the chemistry behind it. There is no transparency on the amount of mg per serving of the berberine and Ceylon and that lack of transparency is the reason why I will have to go to another brand. If you’re using it for wellness then your best bet is always finding the exact measurements as everyone’s body is different. Most people are comfortable consuming 1000mg while others can handle 1500. With this brand we are not quite sure what we are getting and for that reason I’m OUT.

If you struggle with food noise - get this. I have struggled with food and food noise my entire life. It's quiet on this. I have only been on it a couple days, each day I have not just constantly thinking about food. I bet weight loss will come hand in hand with this. For me I already eat really healthy and have lost 15 pounds on the keto diet, for me I just needed that food noise to be silenced and this stuff is working. No side effects at all.
