I love this coconut jasmine rice. Sometimes you can’t buy it in the stores because this particular rice be gone. It’s the flavor that makes it so great. It’s a good texture. And it’s easy to prepare, just squeeze the bag to separate the rice, tear open a little and set the time for 90secs. I put butter on my rice to give it that good consistency. I try to stack up on this rice because it’s so delicious.

Yes, freshly cooked and cooled rice is better, but this is a very good substitute for use in a rice salad. As an older, single woman I find the taste and texture to be satisfactory and the convenience excellent to the point this is a fixed pantry item.

Ok, these are a banger! Protip: make sure to knead the rice so they are all separated before ripping a corner and microwaving. The coconut flavor is light, the rice is fluffy and great to eat. 90 seconds of microwaving, and about a minute of letting it stand outside the packaging or a bowl and you're ready to eat! if you leave it in the plastic afterwards, it will stay warm for at least 10 minutes I found!

Great taste, but I love coconut so I wish the flavor was a bit stronger. Great rice. Easy to prepare.
