I use hard wax on my underarms mostly and that’s what I waxed with this product, nothing else at this time. It has a really good creamy, honey consistency that spread easily on the underarm skin, and I could get a pretty good lip to pull the wax up. I think I like it better than a popular salon brand of wax (starts with a G) that is readily available.This one heats to a lovely deep blue jelly color and has a nice scent that I’m assuming is from the essential oils in it. I can have sensitive skin sometimes but didn’t react to the essential oil fragrance but maybe think about it if you are. I liked that it came with extra wooden sticks, although they are a little smaller than ones I can get from a pro salon and spa company. I work in the industry but am not a cosmetologist or esthetician so I am not necessarily an expert in waxing but this works for me. If you want to try hard wax as a beginner, you should watch a lot of videos or research how to use it because it’s trickier than soft wax with a strip. You must get a good lip/edge you can pry up and not let it get broken edges, and you should let it harden a bit but not let it sit too long before you pull it off. Rip away from the grain of hair growth. Once you test it and understand how it all works, it’ll be easy.All in all, it’s a good quality hard wax for me and affordable, plus got sent quickly through Amazon when I’m too lazy to go to a pro store for wax lol.

This wax is easy to use; simply heat up, apply, and pull off. Can be applied to small.or large areas. The only negative is that it doesn't always pull out all the hair covered and you may need mutiple applications to the same place.

Purchased this as I’ve tried many other brands and really liked how much easier it is to use a roll on waxer versus a wax pot or sugar waxing. Was really hoping I’d like this product as I’ve tried other wax rollers before, unfortunately my item must have had a defect. The wax warmer does not get warm enough to warm up the wax, even after 2 hours of heating it still wasn’t gliding easily- I assumed it was maybe just one of the wax rollers, but I had the same outcome with all 3 refills of wax (which are still fairly new as they wouldn’t heat up enough for me to use). After many sad and painful attempts I purchased from an alternate company and was satisfied with these other purchases. I would not purchase again from this company as I had such a terrible first experience.

It works but its super messy and they don’t give you enough strips

I've been waxing for a long time, but it's the first time I am using wax that does not require strips. I was nervous for that and getting the wax at the right temperature. The latter was easy with my wax warmer. Applying the wax was a small challenge - I ended up switching to smaller wooden applicators (I was looking mostly for upper lip) than the ones provided (which thankfully I had lying around...) The rest went as described: wait for a bit over half a minute for the wax to harden, and pull just like you would with a strip, but just without it.Overall, it was easier and quicker than I had anticipated - getting one of my regular self-care rituals (mind you, by far not my favorite one) still a little more convenient. I would be happy to recommend this product.

The original product that I ordered was a 1lb set of wax, but that seems to have changed to a "Soft wax roller." So this review probably won't apply to the new item being listed, but I'm not quite sure what to do about that...As for the product I ordered, it was affective at hair removal and melted easily. Application and removal was straight forward if you'd ever used wax before. Overall a decent product.

This hair removal wax is excellent at what it does. You will want to make sure you have a method of warming the wax to a safe temperature for use, as this does not come with a warmer. The bags I received were full of small blue beads, which melted easily. I used separate strips, as the ones I purchased did not come with strips. They functioned as expected. The listing seems to have changed since I received this product, so you may get one with strips included. That would be a slight upgrade. Overall, I think for hair removal wax, this is going to be on par with other products I've seen. Worth a shot!
