I'm a new Apple Watch user, but I have to say that if you buy into the iCloud ecosystem, the degree of integration provided is simply wonderful. The watch designers seem to understand what users commonly want to do and have built those things into the product. Talking on the phone via the watch is incredibly handy. When navigating, it taps at you when you're driving and approaching a turn (and displays the direction on the face). It notices when you start walking for an extended bit (a few minutes) and proactively asks you if you want to record your walk as a workout - from the beginning.You can customize a watch face for style or thoroughly for maximum information functionality (I chose the latter - you can get 8 information types (or apps) on the face at one time).The OLED is bright enough to be easily read in full sunlight and "always on" in dim mode.Normal use for me gets me down to 40-60% charge at the end of a full 18-hour day.With today's larger phones., just being able to leave it in your pocket and do much on the watch is very useful.As to this supplier, I rolled the dice and got a Series9 refurb. It's perfect. It did come with the wrong band (the Sport Band instead of the Sport Loop), but the supplier was rather gracious and fixed it for me (offered me a generous enough refund to cover the cost of a stretchy aftermarket band that's even better (IMO) than Apple's Sport Loop).I'm a very happy customer.Here’s my rating system, an idea stolen from another reviewer and tailored for my standards:⭐ 1 Star: Really? - nope, avoid.⭐⭐ 2 Stars: Seriously flawed - buy only if in a real pinch.⭐⭐⭐ 3 Stars: Some flaws or annoyances, but serviceable if you're not picky.⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 Stars: Solid product, does the job, meets *all* my expectations.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 Stars: Surprised with some manner of excellence (rarely awarded).

Looks EXCELLENT! If I didn’t know any better I’d think this was brand new! I see the TINIEST speck of a speck of a scratch on the body (see close up photo). Which unless you were truly inspecting the watch wouldn’t notice. Battery capacity is 100%. Great price for what was received! So far everything functions as expected. Arrived clean and pristine!

I decided on a refurbished Apple Watch series 9 in order to get the oxygen sensor as well as to save some money. I watched some YouTube how-to videos before it arrived, and this paid off well.It arrived in the original box, but the strap had been attached-so I knew from the videos I watched that someone had at least tried it on. I was actually glad the strap was attached as that was one less thing for me to do. The charging cord was in its original sealed bag, so it was brand new.The watch took about an hour to charge to the point that I could set it up. The set up was easy and fast. Having watched a few how-to videos before it arrived, made the set up effortless for me, and I am no techie.From the videos I had seen I knew to check to see if the software needed updating (it did) and if the battery had the ability to charge to 100% since it was a refurbished watch. I was relieved to see that the battery could be charged to 100%. If that had not been the case, I planned to send it back during the no shipping cost to return time.Well, I love the watch. Learning to use its basic features took little time. It’s a sophisticated watch and, with a plethora of available apps, it can help in many ways. So I keep learning more about using its many features. I bought a HeartWatch and an AutoSleep app which perfectly meet my needs. Each were under $10 for lifetime use – no subscription fees, no advertisements and they work amazingly well. Some of the other apps look questionable from their reviews. Subscription fees add up quickly, so I am avoiding all that completely without missing out on anything I want, so far.This watch has me exercising much more than I thought I was able to, feeling better and sometimes sleeping better. I wish I had bought one sooner.Update several weeks in: The pretty pink watch band is light and gets dirty very quickly. It is comfortable and easy to take on and off. I’m going to get a band in another color. The watch continues to work great and keeps helping me improve my fitness and sleep.

Watch is very good. Great buy and the pink is perfect. It charges fast and has a long lasting life. Connect easy to your Apple product. It didn’t come in an Apple box thought makes you pretty skeptical about the Apple product.

i purchased a refurbished 41mm stainless steel series 9 apple watch from Russ Enterprises. I was very happy with the quality of the product once it arrived. the watch's battery health is at 100% and there are virtually no scuffs/scratches on the actual watch itself. i've been wearing the watch for about two weeks and i haven't noticed any problems. if I didn't know this was refurbished, i would think it was brand new.I had initially bought this same product directly from amazon for a slightly cheaper price, but the watch i received was highly scratched and scuffed. i returned that one, bought the same product from Russ Enterprises, and was much more satisfied with the quality of their product. I know that i'm relatively lucky and not all refurbished watches will come as pristine as the one I received, but especially after comparing the products from the two sellers, I would definitely recommend buying specifically from Russ Enterprises.

Some minor scratches on top of the watch. Probably from when they replaced the screen. Works great nonetheless. I can't justify spending over $500 for a brand new one of these. Glad I went the renewed route for less than half the price, with very minor cosmetic issues.

The media could not be loaded. Basically new. I feel like just took it out of the box and putted it into my order. There is not a single scratch or a sign of any usage. Battery health at 100%.Came with a genuine band and a fake stainless steel charger that barely holds in place (weak magnet).
