This marketed product carries the name TATA where people put their trust. And if TATA misguides its patients, who are mostly suffering from bad osteoarthritic knee pain, just for profit, it may hurt. Most patients are advised 1500 mg of Glucosamine Sulphate ( better & costlier than HCl salt) per day, this TATA product also labels the same, but the strength mentioned here is not for a tablet, as per norms, but for a dosage (serving) of 3 tablets. Most patients mistakenly end up taking only one-third of the dose (500 mg) as a single tablet, thus compromising with efficacy. Pharmaceutical companies have no business to decide for the dosage/ serving of an individual patient. Grossly unethical & unexpected to the brand's trust. Not sure, if product source is mentioned keeping large vegetarian population in mind. Otherwise TATA remains a proud name for India.

I'm doctor of physical therapy. I suggest this with most of the knee pain patients. Its very useful in knee pain whos age is in between 30-60. Few of my serious cases also treated without surgery. It has all the nutrients which helps make every needed support in joints. Highly recommend and value for money. Tips - always take at same time, take it with milk, 1 month you should take twice and then only 1 tablet at night. Always to exercises with this type of supplements cuz it helps the nutrients to reach joints.

As per composition product not effective on leg pain . composition good but suspected composition not original in potency.same composition also I have used in other brand is highly effective.suspected duplicacy...
