Bought these as thought they would be useful for popping one in my sons rucksack to track his location for trips etc as he is not old enough for a phone. A pack of 4 in various colours arrived in a little bag. Unfortunately 2 would not even switch on with them either broken or the battery already dead. One would switch on with a tiny amount of battery showing on the app but it lasted less than 30 mins before going dead and the fourth had less than half battery. The app is not easy to use and the instructions are not clear. When you click on things it does not do the expected action. I eventually thought the tracker was set up correctly but as soon as it was too far from my phone it lost connection and it did not show the location on the map. It would not reconnect at all.Other reviews of the App on the play store had the same issue. A nice idea in theory but the quality of the product and app just isn't good enough for the what it is intended and advertised for.

The instructions are impossible to read, the picture shows how small they are compared to my watch. I scanned them into my tablet and whilst they were more readable, they made no sense the app is of no help what ever.Do not buy this product. I will be returning it for a refund.

Out of the 4 tags not one of them worked to find anything. We connect to the app and once the mobile was away from tag by just a few meters it would disconnect from the app. Attempted to test outside with my husband taking the tag out and could not be located on the app on the map. Very tiny and unclear instructions sheet which is also repeated in the app. Both of us are tech savvy but after many attempts still could not get any of the tags to work properly. No where on the product or in the app was the make of this item listed as that adverised. I'm struggling to see how anyone could rate this anything but a 1. If there was a zero I'd go for that.

They kept loosing connectivity like a few times in less than 6 hours! 3 out of 4 did thid. Really defeat the purpose of a tracker! I turned on the alarm when they get disconnected, omg please don't switch it on for your pet..... It sounds the alarm on the device not your phone! You'll need a vet, ideally who is trained in animal psychiatry to deal with your pet traumas!No jump rings, the ring attachment on this model is SMALL! Come on they are dirt cheap.... I had to buy seperate jump rings so I could attach these to my keys. Tho I decided to return these anyway, at least the jump rings are more useful1 is out of battery already, rest are less than 30%?! They are brand new!How the hell these get 5 stars is beyond me!

Can’t seem to track the location of the item so not fit for purpose. Not as described, very disappointing.

One tag had any battery life. Changed the batteries but only one connected and worked

One of the four never worked.Two of the others stopped working within a couple of weeks

Two batteries did not exist, two discharged. Connectivity only on the table and only 10 minutes. The app is bad. No use. If you want to get rid of money, put it in the church, but not for these "trackers".
