This stuff is great, really helps and smells great. I use it mostly on my knee for torn meniscus, so glad a friend recommended it. I in turn have recommended this to a lot of others.

I had high hopes for this product. One of Its active ingredient, histamine dihydrochloride, was the highest percentage I had seen in any other pain cream product at 0.1%. I hoped the second active ingredient, menthol, would be another excellent pain reliever. I applied it to her my knuckles which are osteoarthritic. I had to apply twice to register any relief. That I can accept however although there was a pleasant menthol smell initially that eventually wore off and the scent left behind was extremely sweetly perfumed to the point of being unpleasant. I would not say this product is a disaster but be prepared for a perfumed odor as well as just a so so pain relief. I find histamine dihydrochloride to be an excellent pain reliever but there are other products containing this active ingredient that provide much better pain relief.

I’ve bought this product a couple times before and for me it works. I had used it for my knee but I now had a knee replacement but I use it now on my back until I get my back surgery . I will always have this product because I can say it really worked for me 👍🏼
