I bought these to help with constipation and they definitely work start of slowly though because they can work a little too well lol

Have not found these great at all. I am used to a well known brand which have doubled in price to nearly £60, so thought I would try these. They are however, very weak and do not provide the same level of cleanse at all. Really wanted to like them but have to take a lot more product for half the effect.

Didn't seem to work for me at all. There were no instructions at all with the bottle apart from take 4 a day. So I used the advice from a similar, more expensive product on the best way to take it (timing, empty stomach etc) I didn't see any affect. I even tried some nights with an apple cider vinegar drink to aid stomach acid, this improved things a little, but I think that was just the cider vinegar working, as when I stopped with this, the effect was lost again. Cheaper than other brands out there, but probably because it doesn't work. The lack of instructions worried me too, is this product even legitimate?

These worked well for both myself and my partner. We take 4 capsules at a time as per instructions on the bottle. I experience less discomfort than with magnesium citrate, which I was taking before, and find these are more effective. I'm just about to order a second bottle.

The recommended dose is 3 per day but unfortunately this didn't work for me. I found I had to take 6 before I felt better & they are a little large, chalky to swallow. I wanted something to help my overall well- being but as said they only really worked intermittently. I couldn't really recommend them

Bought this for my partner who has Parkinson's and suffers from severe constipation. He already takes quite a few herbal supplements, prescribed by a nutritional therapist, who suggested adding in magnesium hydroxide. I checked this brand out carefully before purchasing, and, although I can't report how well it would work on its own, my partner has found it very helpful. As with all new supplements, we started him on a low dose of 1 capsule, gradually building up to 4 over a 3 week period (we've been advised that it's an onslaught on the body if you start with the maximum dose, and to always build up gradually). A few days after taking the 4-per-day dose, my partner had greatly improved bowel function, and has been able to slightly reduce the other supplements.
