I bought this to improve my cardio, so far it's been working out well the rubber mouth peace is soft and comfy. Turning the the valve at the end increases and decreases the airflow.

Doesn’t seal
Really gutted as I had heard good things about this product, however mine arrived with the mouth guard off and now it will not seal and the resistance doesn’t change anything. A lot of money for something that’s broken, I have tried to find some way to contact the company but no details
