Pasture Raised Beef Tallow, Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished, Made from Beef Suet for More Nutrients, 14oz Glass Jar

This is glorious grass fed and finished tallow that shipped fast. I use it mostly for making soap and balms. My soap takes much longer to harden. I made one inch columns and it took 3 days to unlike. Loaves took 4 and they were still soft. I am changing my recipe to include more coconut oil to make up for the soft tallow. I am new to soap making and have only purchased one 24 pound box of grassfed tallow before and it was solid white at room temperature and cured much faster. This is great for cooking and has a beautiful color and appreciate the quality.

I read the bad reviews first and then went to the good reviews and then decided to just purchase it. So glad I did! It's not gritty, chunky, hard or white. It's smooth and pale yellow. I'm guessing there were a few bad batches. As soon as it arrived I applied it to my skin and the consistency was similar to whipped tallow. That's how nice it is. It smells a little beefy so I added 10 drops of peppermint oil to about 7 oz. of tallow (half the jar) and now it smells fantastic. Once it's applied, the beefy smell dissipates fast. I apply it on my face and body. Awesome tallow!

I love this beef tallow. I use it as moisturizer. I found a recipe to blend it with jojoba oil and blue tansy essential oil. That makes a great lotion. I've also applied it straight out of the jar. This tallow is so clean. It's suet tallow, which has the most nutrients. It's smooth. It's cream white. There's almost no smell. I cook with beef tallow too, but I use this exclusively for skin care. Made in the midwest. It's high quality, great price.

the first time I dabbed it directly from the jar onto my face, it blew my mind. My 70 yr old skin felt instant comfort, deeply nourished, almost plump + juicy. this suet tallow has absolutely no odor. I tried 3 other tallow creams (all mixed with honey+fragrances), but this one is on a different level. It feels so wonderful on my skin, even the delicate skin around my eyes. I literally apply it once a day and my skin feels nourished and protected all day long. I apply it to my face, neck, breasts, lower arms (getting older that is a particularly dry area), hands and feet. After applying this tallow to my skin I spray on my perfume. It lasts much longer than before. I believe the tallow "captures" the fragrance and holds it longer. this is a fantastic product. Recently, I learned from an online post about the difference of suet fat from around the organs vs rendered fat from all other parts of the animal. Wish I had known sooner. Will never be without it. thank you for producing such wonderful product. P.S. I also use it for cooking, and keep a little jar in my car to nourish my lips when they are getting dry. It is a great comfort that I can literally eat this tallow. healthy, no additives, just pure nature.

I purchased this beef tallow as a replacement for another brand that was no longer available on Amazon. The quality seems good and it performs the same in cooking, but the texture is a bit different than what I was used to. It’s not quite as creamy as the previous brand I had been buying. That said, it still works perfectly well and does the job. I’ve been using it for cooking and it performs exactly as beef tallow should. If you’re looking for a large quantity of grass-fed tallow, this is still a solid option.

This tallow is wonderful! It is a great value and has a good taste. It is super easy to use and melts quickly. I love the simple ingredient. I use it to cook with and also to coat my cast iron skillets every time I use them which is every day. I also give a small dab on top of my dogs dry food. They love it too. And this company is very good! I had an issue with the first order and they sent another one right away! Great customer service! I will be ordering again!

I just made whipped tallow moisturizer/body butter and it came out great! I also used it for cooking and it's perfect. So much better than a seed oil, of course, but also avocado or olive oil due to it's high oxidation threshold! I used to use the brand Epic Tallow before-- not good. It was yellow and looking grainy, the fat would liquify at room temp and really smell like beef fat. I did not know how bad Epic was until I tried this amazing one because it is more white, stays solid at room temp, doesn't add a potent beef fat taste to my food and feels so much better in my skin care products I make! 10/10 recommend

Love this tallow! In my experience, grass-fed AND grass-finished makes a difference, particularly in flavor and, maybe more important, overall digestibility and maybe in overall health and wellbeing.
