I was pleasantly surprised how much bigger the bottles are compared to the original B complex from life extensions I had taken in the past. They sure work well. I felt much more energetic than I have in a long time and no more mid-day pining for a nap. It isn’t the only supplement I take, but the few I do take for deficiencies I have work very well together.
