Amazon's Great Prices
Gary Null advertises his books at much higher pricing and comes out with new books all the time, which tend to be upgrades on the last book. With the way technology is rapidly progressing, this is certainly necessary. This is not a book to be read from cover to cover. It is, however, helpful with individual issues, and the natural way for resolving many health problems comes with great advice. I trust Gary Null's suggestions, but those of us on the natural healing path must read all we can, stay informed and use discernment in the final analysis. This book is not the only information required for broad spectrum knowledge. The bonus of this book from Amazon was their great price. If everyone did business with the integrity I find on Amazon, our economy wouldn't be in this deteriorating state. Amazon shares prosperity with everyone...buyers, sellers and anyone inbetween. We all benefit, and perhaps big corporate America should look at less greed and more sharing. Thank you Amazon!

If it is your first book on aging...well, OK
I found nothing new in the information covered by this book. Of course, being eighty years of age I have kept up to date with most publications on the topic. Sorry, but I felt I wasted my money on this one.

Good, but risky
The good: He very clearly espouses removing food additives from one's diet and exercising to promote better health. The bad: He's a bit liberal with his suggestions, at least in this old book, about supplementation. He recommends 5-HTP, SAM-e, and DHEA, all things which have triggered my anxiety. Some supplements are flat-out risky (e.g. SAM-e is enough like an SSRI it's a prescription med in some countries). Folks with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, etc, might not find enough of the "down sides" to these supplements in this book, and those downsides are critical information.
