So hydrating and great mouthfeel
I love how instantly is dissolves.Being from Singapore and used to fresh coconut water I’ve had to settle for canned/boxed here in the us and I have to say it’s pretty close to the real stuff.I only drink and mix mine with SPRING Water.I’m assuming the taste and aftertaste will vary if you’re mixing it in tap or purified or filtered water.Overall great money for value. I can make it anytime any size now at home. And as a breastfeeding mother. It is so hydrating and has helped my milk supply. It’s great quality and I most definitely will be repurchasing.

Interesting coconut water powder.
I love coconut water to rehydrate during and after sweating heavily, and as a hangover prevention drink. The cans take up a lot of space, plus use a lot of resources to produce and recycle, so I was very glad to try this powder out for its efficiency of storage and transport. The powder mixes easily with water but doesn't fully dissolve, it leaves a powdery film at the bottom of the cup or tumbler, so I prefer to not use container with straws when drinking this. The flavor isn't quite like canned or carton coconut water, and tastes a bit strange and very strong to me. I use half of the recommended amount for dilution of this powder for something that's easy to drink, otherwise, it's just..too much, too strong, almost bitter in taste. This powder does go well with a little sweetener and other flavorings when I want coconut flavor in a drink or smoothie, and the taste blends well with mint, lime, pineapple, or blueberry. This powder does give the results that I'm accustomed to with canned and carton coconut water, and the efficiency and convenience of this powder are enough to make up for the taste difference for me.Wilderness Poets, Organic Evaporated Coconut Water Powder - 100% Coconut Water Powder - No Maltodextrin, No Fillers, No Additives - 1 Ingredient - Instant Mix (4 Ounce)

Instant Coconut Water
This is a quick and easy way of always having coconut water on hand. I usually get the bottled stuff and schlep it around the subways. This coconut water dissolved fully in warm water but had deposits when I used cold water. The powder is also not as tasty as the bottled coconut water, but is still refreshing. A little sugar helps it a lot.

Tastes ok
I drink A LOT of coconut water, I mean A LOT. So I thought I would give this a try because I'm always trying to be more sustainable and powder is more efficient to transport than liquids. It kind of tastes like coconut water? It's ok. I think this is the type of thing that is great for a multi-day hike and you don't want to lug around coconut water in addition to regular water. I don't think I would keep ordering this to drink at home but it was worth a shot!

Wanted to love this, but just don't
I was hoping to love this so that I could use when we go on RV trips and refrigerator space is limited. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, it's got a salty type twang to it. Not light or refreshing as premixed waters I've used in my smoothies. If you are going to mix it into a smoothie or cooking, then it's probably fine, but it sort of defeats the purpose of convenience with the powder then IMO.

A good way to drink coconut water
This is a cost and space-efficient way to drink coconut water. I haven't tried a ton of coconut waters, but I think the flavor of this one is pretty good. For the most part it stirs pretty easily into cold water, but there is sometimes sediment at the bottom that won't mix in. One thing I like about this over canned or bottled is that you can mix in as much or as little as you want. I like to add about half the recommended amount to just add a little bit of flavor and sweetness to a glass of water. Plus it makes it stretch farther by doing that.
