I had been inundated with ads for the Go Brush Pro and investigated it to see if I might want to try it. I decided I needed something that lifted my roots and gave my short gray hair body rather than just straightened it. The Farery Mini Thermal Brush does exactly that for a whole lot less $!! I really like that it is compact and lightweight - so easy to use! I used the middle heat setting the first time, but have switched to the lowest and it does the job. It controls all but one of my cowlicks - the hair behind my left ear is too short to wrap anything around. I wouldn’t recommend this for long hair - the barrel isn’t big enough to hold a lot of hair. Very happy with this purchase!

This worked perfectly for me. I have very frizzy short to medium length hair. I've used it twice on my hair after drying naturally, and before applying any gels or smoothing creams. I was surprised how much easier it was to use after trying a different more expensive brand with a bigger handle and brush. I couldn't manage the big size of the handle on the brush but this one is perfect. Only issue is this. I couldn't figure out how to reach the company to ask a question. There is no number or email on the instruction booklet or on their website. That was very annoying but still worth the purchase. This will be my only brush as you can easily use it for more than travel.

I like it because it's mini and easy. The hard plastic teeth grip my hair well, so I feel like I have control when using them. The only downside is doesn't get as hot as I would like for my textured hair, but I found that I just needed to stay in the place a second longer, and also, what I just found out is the mini kind does not go past 392 degrees, as the bigger ones don't mention this but I do love the mini easy to handle.

I'm an 83-year-old woman and have fine, short hair. I was looking for a curler to give my hair more body and fullness. This did the trick. It's lightweight and small, easy to handle. Heats quickly. I would recommend this item.

This product is well made and an excellent size for especially short to medium length hair, and will probably do a good job of curling or even softly straightening hair (not as pronounced as a regular flat iron). Another plus is heat is adjustable and the bristles kind of create a little air space between your hair and the heat of the barrel so your hair doesn't get fried like it sometimes can with a flat iron. However, if your hair is long enough to completely wrap around the barrel, you'll get the curl, but unwinding your hair is difficult cause the hair gets tangled in the barrel, even with short hair. I’m going to keep trying to master this, but maybe someone more proficient than me will have better luck and can maybe offer a suggestion as to how to use this product more effectively because it is a very good product for its purpose. So easy to use. This tool is great for my short hair. The bristles are a perfect length for grabbing and rolling thru the hair. Like the different heat levels also. My favorite out of 3 full size heated brush curling rods I've used over the last several years.

Works well with longer hair, not for short hair or seniors who find it hard to hold things well.
