This is a very large kit of vitamins and minerals. The amounts these contains are reasonable however I would refer there were higher doses. Such as the Calcium and Vitamin D3 which is quite a small amount. Also the label on the back on this bottle is a little confusing as it list 2 different amounts for a 1 tablet serving. It makes me wonder if this is a typo and some should be for 2 tablets and the vitamin amount contents double.The vitamin B12 tablet is to opposite in this case with a very large dose of 40,000% on NRV. However no upper limit has been established for this vitamin because it has such a low toxicity level.The Iron, multivitamins and mineral bottle mostly contains only contains Vitamin B complex with Vit C and a hand full on minerals.The multivitamin and minerals bottle has a much more comprehensive amount compare to the bottle with Iron. It does beg the question as to why there are so many tablets in this kit that overlap with the vitamin and minerals they contain.Given the cost of this kit and the overlap these tablets have it may be misleading to some just how much you are getting within this kit. I would suggest people do their research of what they need to supplement and purchase higher quality ones. For example the vitamin and mineral tablet contains magnesium which is magnesium oxide. The cheapest and least absorbs version.

As a bundle pack it has everything you need, do note this is designed for those post gastric surgery.The reasoning behind this type of supplements is they are easier to absorb. (also because after gastric surgery it is "generally" difficult to eat enough to get your daily supplements in terms of food.)Some of the tablets are on the larger size, but can be consumed fairly easily.They don't break down in your water when you swallow with water (helpful for those that don't like the chalky feel of tablets breaking down in your mouth as you try to swallow them.)

This Gastric Sleeve Supplement set is quite something. After gastric sleeve surgery there are quite a range of supplements that are needed and concerns about particular levels of key vitamins and minerals. Firstly wide ranging multivitamin then particularly for example Calcium, Copper, Zinc, Thiamine, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12 whicg are all areas of concern after bariatric surgery.I am in a waiting list for bariatric surgery and these are monitored even before the operation to ensure there are no concerns. This set represents a complete all in one combination of the vitamins and minerals that are crucial after such surgery.The price considering the supply and the fact that it covers all the key supplements needed is quite impressive. The containers are quite small considering. One thing worth noting is that the expiry dates vary quite considerably from 10 months to 18 months after the delivery date. Not an issue is purchased to be used only for those preparing for surgery.I think the attention paid to post operative supplements by this product is extremely positive and also will be reassuring for those going through such a procedure. I am impressed by this set and will be looking out for this in future, when ordering my key supplements.

A good selection of vitamins and minerals which are also very professionally packaged and are of obviously good quality. They are let down however, in that they are rather poor value for money. I was disappointed to see that the magnesium used was cheap, poorly bioavailable Magnesium oxde. Virtually all multivitamin and mineral brands use this, but seeing as these are at the top end of the spectrum it would be nice to have seen a better form of magnesium used. Also, the quantity of vitamin d in the calcium and vitamin d bottle seems very low. 5 mcg equates to 200 iu, which is barely adequate. It's cheap enough to manufacture and most experts now recommend at least 800 iu daily and ideally 1000 to 2000iu, especially in winter in the Northern Hemisphere. Overall, a bit underwhelming.

Excellent assortment of vitamins, and something that, when you take into account the price of it as well, there isn't much of a comparison on the market which I really love!
