Love this scooter for my tall husband
I like the flat foot pegs. The basket is great. It was easy to assemble and works well for getting it in the car. My husband is 6’ foot 4” and fits it.

Great for short term and the price..
I used this during by bunion surgeries recoveryPros.. very light weight and easy to assemble and disable. I could lift it out of my car and re assemble on 1 foot ( I am 5" 3' and 130) I did this twice a day for 3 weeks.Charges quickly battery last a long time.Faster than most mobility scooterCons. Wheels are small and cannot do off road.Back support not great

Cheap quality
Cheap quality, cheap customer service and waste of timeAnd they made me pay return shipping to their defective scooter. First I paid full to buy it then I paid full shipping fee to send it back. It’s not my product. return shipping should be free. It’s defectiveAnd I’m still waiting for refund?

Such a marvelous help for people with mobility problems. Smooth ride, and a joy to operate.

Seat is a piece of crap!
Pros: Easy to assemble, easy to fold and lift.Cons: The seat makes it very uncomfortable to stay on. No back support at all.I tried placing memory foam pillows in the back of me to make it better, but it feels bulky then. If I can find a better seat with more back support, I'll keep it, but if not, I'm sending it back. My seat feels flimsy and like it's going to break. And by the way, I'm not overweight!

My wife can ride comfortably through parking lots, sidewalks and ball parks without the knee pain from walking She likes it

I like this powerful scooter.
I bought it in May this year. This scooter is light weight, price reasonable, style is modem compare others. It is easy to fold and carry on the sedan or SUV easily. I really enjoin my trips with this scooter. Its battery meets FAA registration less 300WH. The scooter width is < 20” perfectly fits cruise ship cabin doors in and out. They have very good customer service.
