I like their vitamins

NOT INEXPENSIVE, BUT THE BEST PRODUCT FOR MY NEEDS
Life Extension products are not inexpensive. If you don't have any special requirements for supplements, you can probably beat price at similar quality, but I have RA, so the fact that this B Complex does not have vitamin C in the formula is why I buy it. Most generally available commercial formulas of B Complex include vitamin C.

Urine Color
I almost had a panic attack when I saw my urine turn yellow. I only had one pill. They are good for your money but I kind of wanted to return them but you can't. I tried to contact them as well no response. The pills are huge! They smelled a little strange as well. I did notice I felt a little good and they are quality. My energy level was higher than normal. So basically their effectiveness seems like it will be well tolerated. I don't plan on making this a daily pill due to the size.
