5☆ product, 2☆ packaging
This is a really well made item. Zero complaints about the item, itself. The problem arises due to the way it's packaged, stored and shipped. It is literally folded in half. This causes the leather in the "crease" to stretch. When unfolded there is a huge bump where the fold was (see pix). We'll see if this fixes itself over time, but I'm not holding my breath.

Great bang for the buck
Pretty decent quality for the money. It was a better quality than I anticipated and I will order more as I own a dungeon in Dallas and we go through product pretty quickly assigning items to clients.

One of the better designs in its price range!
Build quality is good, materials don't feel cheap or uncomfortable and unlike many of the play-collars I've tried in this price range, it's actually connected all the way around so it doesn't "sag". Tugged on it fairly hard and had no issues.

Lock breaks easily
The lock broke immediately upon gently tossing it on the bed :( 😞 otherwise good quality.
