Perfect!
I love that these are plastic but not so stiff that they feel like they will crack. The ice cubes release really easily or if they do seem super frozen, let the tray sit for about a minute. I had some mini trays similar to these but in a silicone. I had a lot of trouble with those cubes releasing and after a while they absorbed odors so much so, I had to trash them. These are great!

Nugget ice substitute
I really wanted a nugget ice maker, but I live in a small apartment with limited counter space. These were a great alternative for me! The only down side is they can be a little tricky to remove from the tray.

If you prefer smaller ice cubes in your drink this is for you.
Cute and compact... doesn't take up alot of space in my freezer. Water freezes fast and makes the cutest little cubes. I love it! The ice box holds about 10 trays of ice comfortably.Exactly as described. If I could change one thing it would be to put something on the lid to hold the scoop. I don't put mine in the ice box. I put a velcro sticker on the side to hold the scoop.

It's ok for cocktails but doesn't make enough ice for more than a couple drinks
I bought this on a whim. Love nugget ice but can't find a place in our kitchen to install a big one. This one is meh, OK. It comes with 4 small ice trays, they all stack and then get store in a plastic storage box with also can double as your ice box. The trays are made from plastic/silicone and you just bend or twist to get the ice out. I think in theory, this is a good product. You need to be really delicate and gentle about filling and stacking the trays. But if you have any extra water or water spills or you put the trays on an uneven surface, the water freezes all over and the trays then stick together. Kind of a mess. Also, it doesn't make THAT much ice. Maybe enough for 2-3 drinks. So I think is probably better for cocktails or drinks you don't make daily... it definitely won't get you enough ice for more than 1 day if you're a big soda or iced coffee drinker.

Perfect snack sized cubes
I actually bought this for a neighbor who has to monitor his liquid intake. He said “I love my gift, there are an abundant number of perfect snack sized cubes!” Absolutely glad I could bring a little icy joy to him.

Ice ice !
Ice machine makers are ridiculously over priced and to hear the complaints of mold growing in them gives me anxiety’s so i got two sets of these mini cube ice trays. Easy removal they just take a bit of time to freeze but maybe maybe I didn’t store them or stack them right and just need to store them out in the open in my freezer. Freezing them uncovered and stacked on my second batch and see how that will go. Picture shown is ice from two sets/ 8 Ice trays in the storage container.

No more Sonic ice for me!!!
My freezer doesn’t have an ice maker so I’ve been buying my ice from Sonic. I like Sonic ice because it’s baby ice and it blends better in my smoothies and I like the smaller ice better in my ice tea also. However, the bags of ice are huge and inconvenient. They take up 1/3 of my freezer and whenever I’m getting ice out, I have to take the whole bag out and break up the ice each time on the floor so I don’t get one solid block of ice. It’s really a pain. After going back to Sonic last week to grab more ice and being told they couldn’t sell me any because they were running low, I decided to try to find baby ice cube trays, and chose to try these (pink) mini trays. These trays are easy to use, quick to freeze (because the cubes are so small) and make the best ice! To get the ice out, I slightly arch the tray upside down over the provided ice bin Then, using the thumb pads on the sides of the trays, I give them a slight twist back and forth, upside down, to get the rest of the ice out. I have not had any issues with the ice coming out, but let me mention that I don’t overfill the trays either, so none of the ice cubes are touching one another. Also, I don’t know if it’s because the cube holes are so small, if it’s because they’re square, or what, but when I’m filling the tray, I can tilt the tray to pour off the excess water and the excess water just slides right off, without the water in the holes coming out. I’ve never seen that before and it works great for making the perfect cubes. (It’s hard for me to explain, you’ll see what I mean if you buy these). The product comes with 4 trays, an ice storage bin with a lid to store the ice, and an ice scoop. You can leave the scoop in the bin of ice, but I chose to hang mine on the side of the fridge using a command hook. I love the size of the ice (it’s smaller than a dime), how easy it is to use, the compact space it takes up in my freezer because it all stacks on top of each other, and that I get my freezer space back too by not buying bags of ice anymore! I’m extremely happy with this product and I highly recommend!!I purchased these with my own money in May 2024 and was not compensated for my review.
