Such good pre-made lemon bars
If you like grab-and-go snacks, these are wonderful! The bottoms have this lovely icing and they are just so good.

Super lemony!
If you love lemons like I do, you will love these Luna bars. They make great snacks, but definitely are not loaded with protein. They are very high in calories for something that only gives you 8 g of protein. They are 190 calories per bar. An FYI for anyone allergic to nuts, they may also contain peanuts, tree nuts, milk and sesame according to their label. They definitely contain soy.

yummy lemon-y chewy goodness
For comparatively low sugar, they totally satisfy my sweet tooth. The texture won't be for everyone but it is definitely way better than the sticky grainy texture of a lot of gluten free bars. Also SO much better than those chalky play-doh hard to swallow protein bars. I have difficulty finding bars that my son will also eat, AND checks the casein-free, dairy-free, gluten-free allergy boxes. A really good healthy treat that satisfies my hunger for a good while when I can't break away for a meal and the tummy is rumbling.
