This is actually my second purchase of this item. My Dad liked it so well, I bought him another one. Dad uses it at the table where he sits to cushion his elbow and he also uses one on the tile counter in his bathroom when he needs to stabilize his hand. Since the pad is non slip, it works great on the tile. My Dad's disabled and I wanted something to cushion his elbows and hands when he needs to steady himself.

Perfect surface area for elbow when on computer desk. Really comfy and has helped ease some pain in my elbow while leaning on it for a long time.

Cushion is pretty soft and a good material. I have to rest my arm on my desk all day and it causes my elbow to get sore. This prevents the pain but I do find the gel to be a bit thin. If I lean on the arm, I can feel the desk through it. If I'm just laying my arm to use the mouse, it is sufficient. The edges seem thicker than the center, but the center is what I need most. It does have a semi adhesive bottom so it doesn't slide. Honestly it is surprising how strong it adheres without any sticky substance like glue or tape.

I like to draw on a Cintiq drawing pad, and my elbow tends to get propped up on the desk. I don't know why I didn't think to get something like this sooner. It's so nice! I love how it feels, the bottom is anti-skid and it's so comfy! If you have to prop or rest your elbows on your desk for any extended amount of time, I would get this, you won't regret it.

The armrest on my wheelchair broke, and it took about a month to get the replacement part. During that time I started to develop a pressure sore on my elbow. And I found that when I was sitting in the recliner, I tend to use the hand on that side to hold my head up a lot, and it was making things worse. I tried a couple of different wearable elbow protectors, but I had a really hard time getting them on by myself. And I didn’t need them whenever I moved back to the wheelchair once I had the new armrest there, so, even if I did get them on, they were just in the way at those times.This small pad turned out to be exactly the right size to sit on the recliner arm, and it doesn’t move around. Very comfortable and is definitely helping in the healing process.As far as size goes, you can see this is just a little wider than a regular size iPhone.

A great valued purchase! Performs well, helps in pain relief, thick enough. As long as you don’t mishandle it (it’s fabric on top), it seems very durable. I love the material underneath to help it stay in place on my desk for sure.

I started experiencing slight discomfort in my elbow during long drives. This elbow rest completely solved my problem! It’s soft, squishy, and available in different sizes. Just a heads-up: it doesn’t have a sticky backside. While it generally stays in place, it might shift a bit while driving, so make sure to position it properly to minimize movement

I was surprised at only receiving 1 pad. No where in the description does it state you only receive one !

I use it on my mouse hand when I'm gaming, and right elbow on my work laptop. It's nice and spongy-soft with a really good no-slip-grip on the bottom.I might get another so I don't have to move it around.
