I was hesitant to purchase this Wonnie Blu-Ray DVD play because of the cost ($218.00), but it is worth the price. This versatile Blu-Ray DVD player is excellent quality. Great picture and sound quality and is easy to set up and use. This player has a swivel screen, and is light weight. It will play Blu-Ray disks, DVD videos and HDMI disks so it is extremely versatile.

Very happy with Bluray DVD player so far. Have only used 1day so far but like having this player for portability etc. easy to operate.

Pretty good player. Plays both DVD and Blu-ray, picture is great, straight on viewing not necessary. Sound is marginal, OK with ear phones but 12 cent speakers are pathetic.

The controls are intuitive for me and a well-done printed guide is provided too. The image is very good and on first try I used earphones so haven't tested the speakers yet. Some have complained that the case felt cheap. It was not built to be dragged behind a pickup truck! It's light but substantial. Probably not suitable for small children up thru the teens. But for us in the mature group, it's perfect.

Out of the box, I was already pretty nervous. You can tell just by picking it up that it's a big cheap plastic shell, more like a blu ray player you keep under your tv, not something you would feel comfortable transporting around like say a "portable Blu-ray player". The disc port matches the quality as the door doesn't really mesh with the plastic panels it's wedged in between, hopefully the plastic doesn't deform with heat and cold over time. The buttons are equally cheap feeling and loose, sometimes requiring double presses to actuatate their functions (and no it's not a feature or setting, other buttons work with one press). The sound is nothing to celebrate as it's a crap mono speaker, everything sounds compressed and has an audible static like you're watching an old VHS. On the plus side, the screen is really good size and not too clunky with good picture and it's you can adjust it on a swivel as well as pitched open or close like a laptop. The buttons have all the functions you need layed out easily to use. Battery life isn't bad for what is offered, although a dim/bright function or button would be appreciated to help stretch things out (even going into settings dropping brightness all the way down, the screen is almost a flashlight. Also you have to stop your Blu-ray to adjust any video settings, so if you're trying to adjust things just right, it's a lot of back and forth). The included cables for power are great, although I probably wouldn't use this on the road as it isn't ruggedized by any means, first bump in the road and you risk scratching the disc drive lens. Kind of a high price for what's basically a screen and a blu ray drive in a shell, but not bad for a blu ray player on the go (just don't play it on the go unless you're on a plane or boat in the smoothest of conditions). A wired speaker/headset (does not have Bluetooth capability) is almost a must as the little speaker built in leaves a lot to be desired.

** company reply that they would refund me back my money or send me a new player. Never did. And it has been months. Due to this issue I have stopped using Amazon as much anymore. I don't have a lot of money and this was a gift that was used once and stopped working. It played one movie and that was it... It does not play any movies we put in.. We only had it a month and a few weeks and now can't use it at all. You can hear the disk running but won't play the movies. We paid good money for this and we can't use it.

Very high image quality, lots of input/output connections. Speaker quality is average, but if an external speaker is connected, sound quality is great. Battery life is accurate to the claim (4 hrs)

The Amazon box that it came in was not sealed on top or bottom. Exposing player and almost falling out of box when i picked it up. The sound is good. The picture quality was not good. No way to adjust picture. Unfocused very bright. Contrast needs to be adjusted. The 720 & 1080i and 1080p selections didnt change the picture much when i tried that. Not sure if low quality picture is with this player or all the wonnie blu ray players. If someone can write an review that recieved an player with good picture quality and if their is an way to adjust colour especially contrast. how to adjust color etc... Would greatly be appreciated. Deciding if i should try again or try an different brand. Sent it back...

This is an amazing player, love it and will be getting so much use out of it. I’m just not happy with the remote too much, very picky with distance it is from how far you can be to press a button. Much bigger than I thought it was too, not complaining about it but just like wow!

This model is a piece of garbage and a total ripoff
