Convenient
It should be 4 stars due to the high price, but I love it. I used to rarely have any dreams or at least I wouldn't remember them. Ever since I take those my dreams are back and I love that. I tried to explain it in some other way but they stopped again once I run out.

Did absolutely nothing for me after 2 weeks. Tastes like licking AA batteries that have been sat in petrol , save your money and buy Naughty Boy Sleep which works 10x better and actually tastes like it's not eroding your insides

Works well
My son is 16 struggles with sleep likes supplements and into protien so this ticked the boxes as in same kinda packaging and popular gym company,bit on the pricey side but works well so worth it all round.

Flavour is very bitter almost acidic, tastes nothing like cherry I’ve been adding a splash of ginger to make it drinkable, on the positive side I think after a week it is helping a bit with the length of sleep I get

Expensive
These are fantastically expensive when considering that the dosage is 3 tablets per day, so although there are 90 capsules in this pack, that actually only equates to 30 days work. Comparable alternatives on Amazon are around 1/3 the price, I guess this is what you pay for advertising. Otherwise they are a pleasant size and easy to swallow.
