I purchased an external NVME enclosure from Fanning to house the NVME from my 2017 iMac. Unfortunately, the enclosure didn't support Mac NVME drives (I purchased an enclosure from a different manufacturer) and I waited too long to return the enclosure, so I just went ahead and purchased this so I could use the enclosure. You can never have enough storage, especially when it's at this price. I own a few drives from Fanxiang, and although I was skeptical when I purchased the 1st one, I've been pleasantly surprised. Only time will tell how reliable it will be, but so far, so good!

I was desperate so I tried it and it worked
Needed a new drive that day badly. I reluctantly purchased and all has been good for +3 months.Pro 1: It worked out of the box and passed all testing and has remained stable as an OS drive.Pro 2: Has an SLC cache to maintain performance and data integrity while using lower quality QLC.Con: Junk QLC NAND. 512GB doesn't fit the true use case for QLC.Pro Tip: SLC cache has higher data reliability as it temporarily writes data to NAND whereas DRAM virtually stores the data like RAM in a PC.Would I buy it again? No. It “feels” like if I say the name three times, the drive would burn up.

Definitivamente mejoró la velocidad de encendido de mi portátil, cambiar el disco mecánico a la ssd fue muy bueno y quedó el disco mecánico como almacenamiento secundario

Bought this a few days ago opened the today package and it looked like this. Tried the drive in my laptop and 2 desktops Biffrent boards and chip sets never could get the drive to boot or read on any os. Tried to do a return and amazon keeps giving me a runaround when I do the form drive was doa and now I'm at a loss stay away from this product!!!!!!
