This arrived today and already it is doing a great job helping my chronic pain. It is a very deep pressure which is why I chose this one. It is really comfortable, offers a wide range of functions and is very enjoyable. I will say it is abit heavy and quite bulky, it had to go through our bifold doors to get the box in the house and the chair had to be removed from the box to go up our stair case. But it was so worth it and is well made. Im currently sat in this for the second time today already and I can actively feel the knot in my shoulder being manipulated and released as the rollers go over it. I also want to mention that the air bags are a nice pressure and I like thay you can change how tight they go up to. The heating on your back makes it very comfortable, the Bluetooth speakers connected to my phone so I could watch Netflix and the rollers on the heels on my feet are amazing. It's only day 1 but so far I would definitely buy again!

This is a real game changer and a real massage chair with 45 or so different settings in manual and Auto…. There are very mixed reviews so for English guys in England this is process! Of how it all works and is an honest accurate review!!! Delivery…. Brought up the steps to my flat door you could see this was big and thought 💭 how the heck will I get that I hear after reading reviews I realised were not from this country!!! My worries were soon solved when they turned round without me asking and said very politely and clearly struggling brought into the position I wanted!!! Brilliant delivery Packaging This is very well packaged with thin 3 mm ply top and bottom so there is no way this can be damaged imo….. After unwrapping I was taken away by the size and quality of this chair Assembly Assembly was soooo easy even fir me who’s disabled there are VERY CLEAR instructions follow them it’s simple… put foot extension on it’s so basic you don’t need instructions tbh it’s obvious then tilt it back in to wheels and very easily wheel into place…. Plug in 2 m kettle lead ( you can always buy longer) but this was perfect for me … That’s it dine simple took longer unpacking than setting up Massage and functions This chair is a very large chair with zero noice level but that coming out of the speakers!!! There are 12 Auto settings plus you can basically get this to du anything in manual!! Move it to one position loads!!! For the money this best money I spent on anything ever and I think it’s great value for money and I’ve had sports massages regularly for 25 years!!! This is a very close second to the real deal!!! I can’t recommend this product enough and I suffer chronic Arthritis, chronic Enthesitis and sciatica all are extremely painful chair gives me relief!!! Brilliant all round!!! Customer service also extremely helpful and help guide me in the right direction and glad I listened as I’m 6 ft 2 “ and this with body scan picks up my exact position!!!! It’s so popular my friends and family come just to use my chair!!!

The product is excellent. The worst possible delivery. They threw the package in the rain in front of the door, hit it on the cement and left. The possibility of reviewing upon delivery was blocked for me less than 10 minutes after delivery.

Fantastic massage chair, we have used it for few weeks now. Our experiences are great, everyone loves it in my family. There are lots of functions to choose which one is suitable, also we can download the App, there are more functions in the App for you to choose which is great. Good purchase.

Excellent product - very wide had to unpackage outside and only just got through door then had to take an internal door of. Definately worth the effort though as loving it already. Possibly my best buy ever.

2 weeks after purchasing, I’m still very happy with it. It’s a very decent massage chair especially for the current price. I’ve owned a few different Japanese massage chairs from the big brands. And I don’t think this one is inferior. No issues with the control interface, everything is intuitive. The cell phone holder is also practical. For the longevity though, only time will tell.

The airbags around shoulders are pointless and painful. Delivery drivers threw it on doorstep and were quick to run off. Instructions non existent, customer service/support non existent and it came with minor scratches on both sides. Only reason not returning is because I spend 2 hours trying to get it into house. The massage itself is ok, not terrible except the arms. I have to turn arms off. The rest is just OK. Expected better for price.

Absolutely love this massage chair. I have been seeing a chiropractor for a few months because of pain due to syringomyelia,(cyst on spinal cord) No pain killers were working. Tried this massage chair and have been blown away with the results. Fabulous investment if you are in chronic pain.

Prima di acquistare questa poltrona ho fatto un giro in internet tra le varie proposte. Mi sono soffermato su questa (MODELLO HR600) perché aveva caratteristiche interessanti e prezzo contenuto. Ci ho messo un po' per decidere perchè ero scettico sulle reali possibilità di una poltrona massaggiante. Ma adesso posso dire che mi sono ricreduto e sono convinto di aver fatto l'acquisto più bello del 2025. La poltrona è arrivata esattamente 9 giorni dopo l'ordine. La poltrona è completamente in pelle ed è molto rifinita; viene spedita bene imballata e praticamente va montato solo il pezzo delle gambe (si monta facilmente). Tenete conto delle dimensioni della pedana perché non è facile il trasporto e controllate se entra dalle porte. La poltrona è eccezionale e la consiglio vivamente! Ha numerosi programmi preimpostati di massaggio. E' completamente elettrica e anche le gambe si allungano elettricamente; attenzione non tutte hanno le gambe si allungano elettricamente, molte sono ad allungamento manuale. Il massaggio è energico e fatto con rulli che partono da sotto le gambe ed arrivano dietro al collo. Considerate che io sono alto 190cm e il massaggio arriva fino al collo. Lateralmente alle spalle ci sono delle parti che si gonfiano e fanno rimanere il busto fermo in modo da rendere il massaggio ancora più energico; il massaggio stesso può essere calibrato per quanto riguarda l'intensità. La poltrona ha diverse posizioni orizzontali ed è possibile personalizzare l'inclinazione delle gambe. la poltrona è pesante ma si sposta facilmente perchè ha le rotelle. Il massaggio è piacevole e, credetemi, vorreste non alzarvi più. Ha un impianto AUDIO favoloso; la musica si sente perfettamente e si collega USB con il vostro SmarthPhone. Collegatevi su Youtube e cercate "Smooth Jazz"; da questo momento in poi andate in paradiso... Una nota importante è il fornitore (Health Relife) di questa poltrona; devo fare gli elogi e i complimenti. Ho scritto per avere notizie della spedizione e lui mi ha prontamente risposto; L'ho contattato anche per un problemino al riscaldatore della poltrona e lui mi ha prontamente risposto; aveva un problema e mi ha proposto la sostituzione del modulo. Me lo ha spedito in pochi giorni A SUE SPESE e mi ha indicato (con un video) come sostituirlo. E' stato fantastico perchè ho risolto il problema in pochi minuti. Una nota da tenere conto è che nella foto si vede la luce LED laterale; purtroppo, per le fornitura in EUROPA, Healt Relife mi ha detto che non è prevista questa luce; poco importa ai fini della eccezionalità di questa poltrona. Spero che questa recensione possa aiutare all'acquisto; ci sono molte offerte in giro per il WEB per tutti i gusti e tutti i prezzi; io ci ho messo un po per decidere ma mi ritengo pienamente soddisfatto.

Wir haben uns den HR 600 gekauft. Die Massageprogramme sind vielfältig und ausreichend. Ich finde diese Fußmassage sehr angenehm auch Rücken,Schulter kommen nicht zu kurz. Luftdruckmassage passt perfekt. Natürlich haben wir schon lieblings Programme,alle haben wir noch nicht durch. Genial sind die Lautsprecher in Kopf Höhe und die Bluetooth Verbindung mit dem Handy. Der Sessel ansich, sieht chic aus und die Verarbeitung ist gut. Motor und Luft Geräusche sind nicht unangenehm auch quietscht nichts. Einen halben Punkt würde ich wegen dem Service abziehen. Kontakt ist nur über Amazon möglich, über die Internet Adresse reagiert diese Firma überhaupt nicht.
