very cost-effective, ergonomic solution for moderate volume lab test-tube-capping work. replacement silicone inserts available from company, and service representatives (ours was Abby) are very courteous and responsive.

This is junk
Order the first unit, the motor failed immediately. The replacement unit was sent and the motor failed after using two times. Of course, I am told the failure is outside the window to return the product. Save your money and time and look at another product.

Ok for some closures but not all.
Not suitable for all closure types so one has to order custom clutch, none of our closures will work with default ones provided by the company.Ours didn't come with US adapter, had to buy China-US adapter separately.What's up Mandarin instructions for stuff sold in US?

Does not work properly.
The capping machine would not grab tight enough and was not powerful enough to twist on caps. I tried several different sizes and tops and this product did not work properly. Looks like I cannot return this items so stuck $90 loss.

Missing parts
Missing the adapter for plugging into a US household current. Disappointed having to wait for long delivery time only to find it was unusable and had to be returned. Poor quality control on the manufacturers part.
