Excellent rice
Recently I switched to normal long grain rice on the basis of cost but found it tasteless and I needed to use more rice to produce the same amount when cooked. This basmati is excellent - you use less per portion and it actually tastes like proper rice!

Definitely idiot proof if you use the absorbent method...I always use butter and bay leaf...once all water has gone then double cover...turn off and leave to stand for as long as possible....perfect
