Great aroma
Opened the bag to inspect the grains, they look overall in good condition as you would expect from a premium brand, not many broken grains. The aroma is great, really intense and very nice. The grains themselves aren’t as long as another premium brand though.. and so it turns out they result in a more delicate rice. So far I’ve only tried cooking them in a broken rice cooker with no fuzzy logic function because it broke, and the rice came out well but I think definitely it would really benefit this particular grain to have a rice cooker with fuzzy logic to cook them with fine precision, Interestingly I found that this particular grain cooks best with the standard water to rice ratio of 1.5:1, whereas the previous brand I was using was Laila Xlong premium or something in a black bag, had a required ratio of 1.6:1 to cook best, so a pretty big difference, the Laila grains had noticeably more width and length, But the aroma of these is really outstanding. So far I’ve only eaten some in a burrito with other ingredients so can’t comment too much on flavour, but I’d expect it to be good, given the great aroma. I just wish my rice cooker wasn’t broken so I could enjoy them to the full.

Cooks well tastes great.
Great rice. It smells and tastes lovely and cooks well without going gloopy and stodgy and unlike some cheaper rice it adds flavour not just bulk to a meal. This is my go to rice. It's not the cheapest but it's worth the money.

Excellent Quality Rice
Very good quality. Surprisingly fragrant for a Basmati. Not the longest of grains, but certainly the tastiest. My one slight gripe with it, it overcooks easily, and can end up a little smushy if you aren't careful. It's expensive but worth it. Highly recommended.
