Solid dock and collapses for travel
Have only used this dock for one week of travel so far, but it worked fantastic. Set it up in the hotel room and was able to plug into the TV to play while keeping my steam deck and extra xbox contoller batteries charged. Feels like a solid build and the way it folds down on itself let me put this in the carry case I purchased to go along with the deck so it was like an all-in-one solution for traveling. Really liked the power capacity of the dock and was a reason I purchased it, but the way it folds and feels well built are major benefits as well for such a reasonable cost.

Great dock, competitively priced
Very well priced, feels quite well built as well. I was nervous the steam deck wouldn’t fit in it with a case, but I have a generic steam deck case and it fits well! I saw someone complain this case about blocking one of the vents. This hub does indeed do that, but you can easily fix this by sliding the steam deck over to the right or inverting the back. I was also worried that my steam deck wouldn’t charge properly in the case, but, while using the charger that came with my steam deck through the dock, everything works great. I even use this hub now for my iPad and it works great with that too. For the price, I’m very happy with the product. It also folds up into a compact size which is great. Only gripe is that the dock is pretty light, so when I take my steam deck out, the dock tends to slide around in the direction of the wires plugged into it.

Nearly perfect!
This dock works perfectly as it is designed. It plugs in and immediately just works with the steamdeck. I use this to easily connect the steamdeck to my living room tv and hardwire internet as my wifi is a bit congested where I live. Only thing to know before buying, if you have a killswitch case from dbrand on this then the cable cannot plug in with the travel cover on. The case with the cover is just a little too thick for the connector to reach. If you want to keep the travel cover on and use the dock in this dock then you'll need a USB C extender. (I bought the Poyiccot USB Type C Extender https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BY8YXJPM which I can confirm works, but any extender that allows data should do the job)

Happy with purchase after much Steam Deck dock research
I'll say in advance that I read a lot of reviews and watched a lot of YouTube videos on various Steam Deck docks before making this purchase. I will also note that my needs are fairly simple, and I was not too concerned with over-paying for features that I was unlikely to use. I compared this closely to the comparable Ugreen and Anker products. When it came down to it, the Ugreen product had all the same ports this one did, plus an SD slot (which I did not plan to use in the dock specifically). The Anker product had only 2 USB-A slots instead of 3. At time of purchase, the Baseus dock was $33, vs. $40 each for the other two. That really was what sealed the deal for me. Additionally, I will say that the Baseus dock looks very polished, folds up nice, and allows for different angles to tip the Steam Deck forward or backward. While I do not yet have a case/grip on my Steam Deck, I can say with confidence that when I do, there will be more than enough space for it to still work in the Baseus dock without issue. I've already hooked up to a monitor and separately with a mouse and keyboard without issue. Having 3 USB-A ports is handy. Recently, I used all 3 at the same time (mouse, keyboard, USB drive for transferring files). I may post more on this down the line with additional use but at this point, I can highly recommend this and at a $33 price point, it was a no-brainer. Even at $40 retail price, I would still give it a 'go'.

Premium Feeling Device
Built well feels premium and best of all travel friendly and can be moved around easily. Great product only downside is it is 2025 and has no rgb. Sleek with all connections needed for your deck or any other handheld gaming system.

Worked for about a day....
I received this item to play my Steam Deck on my TV and right off the bat I was very happy with my purchase. It worked out of the box had more connection on the back then I was gonna need and it could output HDR to my TV. I got a good solid day of use out of it before my weekend was up. Flash forward to my next week and when I go to play my Deck nothing is outputting to my TV. I pull and check the connections, nothing has moved since the week before and now I don't even see my Deck charging. I grab a different docking station (I use for my laptop) and everything works fine. I try the Baseus on a different monitor using different cables and using both my Deck and a different device (my laptop) still nothing. I was highly disappointed as I have several Baseus docking stations and high power chargers deployed to users around my office without issue. I guess I am packing this up and sending it back and will trust my free time with something better.

I bought the Baseus GamerX Steam Deck docking station because I didn’t want to pay $110 for the official Steam one. After doing some research and reading a few reviews this one sounded like the best option. The build quality feels premium. Nothing feels cheap to me. The feature that drew me in the most was the adjustable backing plate that the Steam Deck rests against when it’s in the dock. I love that it folds down flat when you’re not using it. I haven’t tested the speeds of any of the ports (yet). I was eager to simply see how the dock would handle translating the visuals to my OLED TV. I’m very pleased to say that everything looks GREAT! I played the game Nine Sols for a while, the first time I used the dock, and the visuals looked great and I didn’t observe any lag. For the price I paid ($60 CAD), I’m extremely satisfied with the product. The quality is high and it’s easy to use. If I had to buy another one in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to pull the trigger again.

Seems to work well and takes up little space in my living room while I play on a side tv while I watch movies on the main tv. I don’t see lag and I like that you can fold it down to store it if you don’t want to use it.

We are thrilled with this dock, I got it after researching best docks for the steam deck. Really have no complaints other than the fact that most technology, this included, doesn't come with an outlet plug nowadays! We had one on hand though, so luckily he could try it out Christmas day.
