Same as every For Dummies book I've bought. Very informative, easy to understand and takes you step by step. Would recommend everyone to buy a Dummies book for whatever they need to know. Always well written.

Easy to look up various tax situations , and I got way better answers that trying to them them from turbo tax customer service. The 3 rating is mostly because is a book about taxes (ugh) and might not apply next year. And is relatively expensive

What I expected

Comprehensive (thanks to our voluminous and arcane tax code, is there anpother 'Dummies' book almost 600 pages long?), yet written in easy-to-understand language and spinkled throughout with wry doses humor to help keep readers awake. Not the authors' fault; they do their best. It's the subject - our complicated tax code - that induces nodding. Overall, though, well worth reading, even if a struggle.
