I never thought I would be in between sizes until now! I'm two different flange sizes and was using 17mm and 19mm, but always found them to be too small and the 19 and 21mm to be too big. So I bought 18mm and 20mm and it's the perfect fit! Quailty is great and it fits my Momcozy M6 and V1 pro. I've been breastfeeding for almost 2.5 years (a little over 2 years with my middle child until I had her sister.) I thought it was my pumps until I decided to get these, and it's been a game changer. I would be lucky to get 3-4 oz after 30 minutes of pumping. I now get anywhere from 5-6+ oz within 20 minutes. If you're on the fence, go ahead and give it a try. I also have elastic nipples and because these are more narrow than the average flange, the suction is alot better and my nipples no longer hurt.

This is my third time purchasing these flange inserts. I love how soft they are compared to the hard silicone feel of other brands. These are also easy to wash and fit great in my spectra flanges and also my Elvie stride breast pumps!

I have the Willow Go and also use the Medela Harmony and these inserts fit into both easily. Simple installation and they clean well. Effective to adjust any flange. Output is better.

These seals are stout there is very little give with them. Which means it isn't able to push and pull with the pump. The suction decreases. Even with my pump turned all the way up, it barely has any suction. Using these tanked my milk supply. I swapped to a hand pump and my milk supply came back to normal after a few weeks. Tried everything to use these again, and my supply dropped again. Now they are exactly where they belong, in the trash. Do NOT purchase. I have the Elvie Stride Plus pump.

These flange inserts are a little long and do no fit into my pumps that I have (Momcozy M6, Motif Luna, and Medela hand pump).

I love these more than I thought I would. I bought these as replacements since you’re supposed to replace them every few months. I chose these for several reasons; the first being that they’re cheaper than the elvie ones, and second because they were pink so I could keep track by color which ones I had replaced most recently. They’re great and I think they increased the suction of my pump. Not just because they’re newer, I also was given a brand new set of the elvie brand diaphragms shortly after I got these and I feel like these work better!! I’ve had no issues with leaking and my brand new elvie brand diaphragms leaked. So I’m sold on these!! I just wish they came in different colors so I could replace a few at a time and keep track of which had been replaced. Overall great value and I’m definitely going to order more!

These really worked for me! They made pumping (with my spectra s2) significantly more comfortable. I just wish they were transparent so I could see better what is happening and troubleshoot as needed.

These flange inserts are a lifesaver!! I started realizing my regular flange inserts weren’t working and my nipples were actually going past when they’re not supposed to! I ordered these flange inserts, got them the next day and holy moly! I’m getting more milk than I’m used to! These are wearable pump friendly!! I definitely recommend for elastic nipples! I included a photo comparison of these inserts (pink) and the ones that didn’t work with me (clear)
