An excellent resource for crypto trading. Nice examples and applications. Lots of charts and an easy read for such a dense topic.

I'm a dev, where code-cookbooks are common. Not knowing much about crypto or finance was making it difficult to know where to start, what terms to search on. Chart Logic felt like one of these books, where I quickly began to understand key terms, concepts and practicals. As a newbie to Crypto I really didn't get how it was exchanged or how to make a buy. Within the first couple of chapters I got it. I would go on financial boards and see terms like Technicals being used but didn't get what they mean or even how to read a chart. This book is great at explaining those terms and having 'recipes' for how to read different indicators. It covers differing strategies again simple, quick and well-written making it so much easier to understand without head-exploding. Long-term strategies, which is something i'm more interested in and became overwhelming to research just on google, is broken down into some basic key guidelines without being overly opinionated or narrow. With Google/self-research there are just too many junk articles to sort through; there's no sales pitch or banner-ads with the book, lol. Don't waste your time, like me, on google for hours trying to sort out good learning sources from poor ones. Just get this book. I now can search for more detailed articles so much easier than before, this book has saved me hours/days?!

Very informative and well broken down

This is a fantastic read. It's engaging, easy to digest and well organized. I want to give it 5 stars but the only downfall is the horrendous quality of its visual aids. The chart extractions and figures in the books are all in black and white and rendered in what seems to be the lowest quality. Never the less I HIGHLY RECCOMEND this to anyone looking to start speculating on Crypto or commodities as a whole. It's lessons on TA and Psychology of trading are fantastic. It's engaging, informative and sequentially pleasing to read, timing in previous lessons as you proceed through the handbook, giving you the "ah-ha" feeling as you learn. I will be buying a second copy of this book if I find one with quality images!

Good book! Learning a lot reading it.. made trading and understanding Bitcoin and other currencies approachable for me. tried learning in the past but didn't know where to start. Author does a good job breaking things down - lots of information to go through but I can go back and fourth easily to reread sections on my phone. Also appreciated the sections on practicing for free. Over all i recommend it to anyone interested in cryptocurrencies

Mr. Varnes lays out the generalities of the emerging field of cryptocurrencies with a keen eye on how best to evaluate and trade them. As an experienced and successful trader himself, there is also insights that professional traders will certainly find helpful. I purchased the book as someone who was naïve about cryptos but wanted to learn and trade as an amateur. Chart Logic fulfilled the need and then some. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to become more involved in global finance 2.0, you will not be sorry that you did.

The author tackles all the major subjects any person will need to know in order to start trading. Definitely a great book on all trading technicals you will need to know. Great start for those beginning trading.

The data-driven trade techniques R. S. Varnes teaches in this book make Chart Logic THE handbook for cryptocurrency traders and investors. A worthy read.

Informative book but charts should be in colour. The book consistently references candlestick colours so having the charts in black and white is confusing and unhelpful.

I would definitely recommend this to a crypto trader, it uses very good language and covers a lot.

I enjoyed it. Very informative.
