Does the job well will buy other sizes if needed
The media could not be loaded. I bought this 2" size to core for solar panel wiring through about 4" of concrete and 8" of concrete filled masonry block. First I marked the location on a piece of scrap plywood. Since there is not pilot bit included I drilled a 2" hole in the plywood with a hole saw to use as a guide to keep the coring bit from walking. I also put some scrap foam pieces soaked with water to help keep everything cool. On the vertical hole I stopped often to rinse the hole with water and cool the bit. On the horizontal hole I tied a hose over the bit with a slow trickle of water to keep it cool. I would push a for a few seconds then pull back to allow for cooling and debris removal then push again. The video shows a lot of wobble because I was holding the camera in my other hand. Using two hands and firm pressure it was pretty stable. Took about an hour and twenty minutes to do both holes taking my time not to damage the bit. This was great for the price and the only signs of wear are not use wear and tear. I think it can do several more holes if taken care of. The seller images show starting a hole using a 15* angle but I think that would be very challenging, especially with such a long bit. I recommend using a guide as show in images.

Cuts nice clean hole...
I've only cut one hole with it but it did a great job. I have two more holes to go. I really like that it came with a SDS plus and a regular shank so you can use either type of chuck with it.

Perfect for the Job
Solid bit. It easily chewed through the stone and cement on flower bed hardscape for a pvc drain pipe install. Used a cordless milwaukee drill and it completed the job but heated up considerably. Depending on the job I would use a corded drill for more power.

Core bit seems ok, shank is poor quality metal.
I bought this bit to drill a 4.25" hole in the brick of my house for a drier vent.It comes with a shank for a 1/2" drill, and a 1/2" hammer drill.Using my 1/2" drill, the shank broke about a half inch in. Cheap metal. I was going to try the hammer drill shank, but it came bent. The core drill bit would wobble. You can see in the pictures that the shank isn't hardened steel.Poor quality.I dont recommend this product at all.

Worked on CBS Block wall
Worked well with a hammer drill going all the way through a block wall like it wasn't there. The only drawback is the lack of a pilot bit for keeping it centered when starting.

Good price, fast cut
Bought this to put a 2 inch hole through a block wall, had no problem cutting through with just a plane old dewalt drill. Only mildly annoying thing is the core breaking off in the bit which can be a little tricky to get out. Some people said they had an issue starting the cut, I wore a glove on my left hand and held the bit while the cut was starting and had no trouble.

Does a great job
The hard part was getting it started. No matter what we tried it would walk on us. Once started it cut real well. Things I learned using it. Blow the dust out of the cut often. If you dont it will grab on you. We had to break the core twice and remove it. This gave the drill somewhere for the dust to go. We got a couple of nice clean holes in the concrete which we needed to run electric to out new gazebo.
