Take 3 of these on an empty stomach, and I would pair them with 5gms of creatine. Amazing pumps, and it helps with muscle retention and building as well. This one is very clean and have not experience any side effects. Already on my 4th bottle.

I've had a what I can only describe as a blown quad since having a stroke 5 years ago. Today is the first day that part of my leg feels fully functional and not like a perpetual charley-horse. I am pretty excited.
