Fabulous product that whisked me back to growing up in Cairo. Fresh tasting and just the right balance.

It is very difficult to compare the different zaatars seen on Amazon. They all differ as a make from one country to another. Th true zaatar to me and the family is the Lebanese zaatar which is dry and not moist as the ones I have seen on your web site. Sealed moist zaatar tends to create festation of bugs.

J'ai découvert le zaatar très récemment et à ma grande surprise, le flacon s'est retrouvé vide en très peu de temps. Je suis donc passée au format supérieur et j'en suis très contente, même si le goût est légèrement différent (cumin, citron et origan ajoutés dans la compo, je pense).Parfume agréablement toutes sortes de plats d'été.

El Zaatar es una mezcla de especias originaria de Medio Oriente que incluye principalmente tomillo, sésamo tostado, sal y otras especias. El sobre que compré tiene una cantidad perfecta para probar.Lo primero que hice fue esparcirlo sobre un pan pita recién horneado, junto con un poco de aceite de oliva. El sabor intenso y herbáceo complementa a la perfección la textura crujiente del pan. Fue un aperitivo rápido y sabroso que desapareció en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.He descubierto que el Zaatar es un ingrediente clave en una receta de pollo al horno que he estado perfeccionando. Mezclo la mezcla de especias con aceite de oliva, limón y ajo, y luego froto la mezcla sobre el pollo antes de meterlo al horno. El resultado es un pollo súper jugoso y lleno de sabor.Definitivamente te recomiendo que lo pruebes.

Amo questa miscela di spezie è di solito me li portavano degli amici ma ora è più difficoltoso sapendo la situazione non delle migliori. Così ho ordinato queste ricorda lo zaatar ma non è proprio lo zaatar autentico diciamo che gli somiglia molto e per me va bene. D'altronde ogni regione ha la sua ricetta in alcuni zaatar manca il cumino in altri lo mettono alcuni mettono il sommacco e sesamo altri no. E un ottima miscela di spezie sono soddisfatta. Forse il prezzo un po' sopra la media ma ci sta.

Ich kannte diese Zaatar Gewürz Mischung bis jetzt noch nicht und war gespannt was da auf mich zu kommt.Das Gewürz kommt in einem wieder verschließbarem Beutel mit einem Inhalt von 125 gr. daher.Verwendet wird es überwiegende in der orientalischen Küche. Der Geschmack ist sehr interessant bissel Zitronen am Anfang und zum Ende überwiegt leicht der Thymian. Ich habe mir damit ein lammragout gewürzt und fand es total lecker. Geschmack ist aber bekanntlich verschieden und so mag es jeder anders empfinden.Ich mag dieses Gewürz und werde es definitiv weiter nutzen und noch mehr orientalische Gerichte damit ausprobieren.Von mir ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Sollte sich im Laufe der Zeit irgend was relevantes ergeben werde ich die Bewertung dahingehend ändern bzw. erweitern.Ich bedanke mich das Sie meine Bewertung bis zum Ende gelesen haben und hoffe ich konnte ihnen ein bisschen behilflich sein!Vielen Dank
