Buy it!
My son was so happy with it, perfect for his thomas & friends engine collections. Fits with the train tracks, I think he got the standard one. Please refer to the pictures and videos if you’re not sure. It’s kinda heavy too, not plastic-y.

Poor fit for standard tracks
We own a lot of trains, and a lot of them are from Thomas and Friends, but Toby is the worst. The base is so wide that it can't make turns, it constantly hangs up on things and derails the rest of the train. The worst part, however, is how tall this is. The bell sticking out the top is so tall that this train cannot go through tunnels or under bridges that are a standard height. To accommodate this train with any bridges, you need to lift the bridge risers about 1/3 of an inch, which makes them unstable and more difficult for other trains to climb, not to mention angles the track such that Toby himself can no longer make the climb because of the aforementioned stupidly wide base.Basically, this train was designed by someone who has never played with trains before and should be scrapped and restarted from scratch.
