This is an excellent product! It works perfectly for me. I only need to take one capsule and I'm sleep within 10 minutes. Even on the nights when my restless legs are acting up, it actually calms them and lets me sleep. Love that it is an herbal formulas and there is no risk of tolerance or dependency as even melatonin can cause.

Just as effective as no pill at all. Tried various herbal sleep remedies and this one stands out as useless.

I have been taking this supplement for a little over two months and noticed my blood pressure was much lower than usual. This is a good thing for me as I am on blood pressure medication but still have pressure 145 to 155 over 65 to 75 before taking this supplement. Nothing else has changed in my life or diet or exercise except taking this supplement. I have no idea if it would work this way for everyone but my husband tried it and his pressure was lower also. Mine is down by 15 to 30 points. If you have normal blood pressure you should probably be very careful about taking this supplement.

This seems to help in falling back to sleep after waking up in the night. Sometimes it also helps to take it before bed to help in falling asleep.

Works deep sleep, kicks in after 30 or so minutes, I do not wake up groggy and it is natural so you don’t get addicted. Really helps ensure a good night of sleep.
