Fantastic product that I've continued to reorder for myself and two of my female friends, one who is elderly and the other is 30, I'm middle aged. I prefer the powdered form this brand supplies -it's easily dissolved into water but some people find the capsules more convenient. Either way it's effective. We feel it helps us maintain excellent health in specific areas. I highly recommend this brand and that people research if this could be beneficial for you as well

i take 1 breakfast, lunch, dinner for 2g/day (most brands are sized differently). and price is good.
