Bottom too big for our cup holder.
I bought this for my husband to take his tea in the car. The thermal mug is great, doesn't leak and definitely keeps the liquid very hot! But, the bottom is flared out and will not fit into the cup holder, so we can't use it.

Leaks and sweats.
It leaks at the seal on the lid. First line using it and it sweated from the lid where you screw it in. Got my shirt all wet when I was driving and tried to use the cup. Not a pleasant experience and not happy with a ruined shirt.

Lids do not work...some break right away and some MIGHT last a few werks... disappointed.
The lids never work. I jeep trying. Now I'm stuck with another one that the push button is broken...my recommendation is to steer clear...

Second to none
This is by far the best flask I have ever bought.Gone are the days when tea/coffee would spill whiles running for the train. This one does not spill at all however placed in the bag.Drinks stay hot for a considerable amount of time as well.

Hot to Trot...
A brilliant mug! I have had travel mugs in the past that spill, are impossible to drink from without it dripping down the mug (or off one's chin), that keep drinks warm for little more than the time in a porcelain one or that simply refuse to fit in cup-holders. This one is different on all counts. Great for travelling, picnic or train journeys, it won't spill, doesn't drip when drinking and fits in the cup holders in both car and campervan. The drinking spout opens with a simple press of a button, and closes tightly the same way.And it keeps drinks hot for HOURS! I mean, when in the campervan, if we make a cup of tea in Birmingham, it's still to hot to drink in Bristol!A really really good travel mug in a world of mehh.NOTE: when filling with a hot drink, do make sure that the lid is in the OPEN position before you screw it on. The lid and drinking spout closure are pretty much watertight/air tight, so if you close it with the spout closed it will create something of a vacuum seal as the liquid cools. It then becomes difficult to press the button to open the lid. Found this out the (very) hard way. But fit the lid with the spout open and THEN close it and you'll be fine.
