Topaz Heart is made out of Cab grade Plus. I say cab grade because it does have some faults in the stone. I has several clear spots that could be cut into fine gem grade stones. This was carved with a dremel type of tool and diamond bits a small as .08mm. Because each stone is unique, you can be sure she will not have another one just like it. One of a kind. This could be used as a pendant for a necklace if you preferred. All items come in a gift box.
