Cheating on weight specifications.
Total weight mentioned 480 gms for 20nos of pack of big chocolate . That is 24gms each chocolate. But received each small chocolate of 14gms as mentioned on individual packet.

Good quality good taste but as usual it’s is filled with palm oil and artificial flavours. Over all it’s a good product.
