great PC for the price. I don’t play any shooting games or big downloads, but it’s amazing for the price. no noise or anything from the PC

NOT a gaming PC, outdated hardware not compliant with windows 11...
1st PC, the power supply died after 45 days. The replacement arrived with a loose RAM chip, fan controller was unplugged, and the SSD tray isn't mounted securely, or at all. Amazon stated that the STGA PC's had a common PSU failure problem. I'd say that's only the tip of the broken low quality iceburg. ☆Updat, replacement PC arrived, GPU is DOA! What a POS! The hardware is outdated, so windows 11 wont run the outdated graphics driver. this is NOT a gaming PC, its a low budget piece of crap!

Good, affordable basic gaming option
My son bought this for himself with his birthday money. It was super easy to setup and the lights are a fun feature. I thought the price was reasonable and has been so far, so good. He uses it for basic internet and to play games, primarilty Roblox.

Great computer for the price wanted to update to windows 11 but my old computer could not handle it. so needless to say I don't need a powerhouse and this one suits me fine

Faulty keyboard/PC
Keyboard doesnt work! Update….this PC is pure trash. Keyboard or mousepad didn’t work to start. Reached out to CS and they sent me the keyboard and mouse twice when I clearly kept asking for the MOUSEPAD!! I NEVER RECEIVED THE MOUSEPAD!! Then the system WENT OUT all together and I have to find my own box to ship it back. I threw the box out not anticipating that I’ll be having to return it. THE ENTIRE PC WENT OUT!! They’re willing to replace it but this entire process since day 4 of having the PC has been h*ll. I wish I would’ve chosen different and to mention, it doesn’t say refurbished in the description and CS said their PC’s are refurbished. I honestly feel like that is deception because I thought I was buying a new PC. I really just want my money back but I’ve been dealing with CS and my return window through Amazon has closed. I am angry.
