Q: Why are the reviews so bad...????

For me, the fact that there is so much stevia in this is a problem, listed as #6 out of 36+ ingreidents, like I had stated in my review. That's a lot of sweetener, which explains why it's so sweet. And it's not disclosed anywhere on any of the sites selling it. Not even their own. I even reached out to them about it. I have yet to hear back from them. So I ended up buying 4 bags not knowing this. Then when I received them, saw how much stevia is in this product. Needless to say, I am very upset. Some people really try to avoid sweeteners, especially if one has blood sugar issues, as I do. Hope this explains my bad review lol.

Note that the 1st, 3rd, and 4th ingredients are all forms of apple. It's also 50% sugar, mostly from dehydrated apple juice. And the amount of greens is so tiny as to be nutritionally insignificant, just enough to give it a green color. So they are lying to us when they claim they are giving us all the nutrition we need, when they are really just giving us lots of sugar. If you want a tasty, nutritional drink, I suggest carrot juice. A lot cheaper, too.

Q: Do you need a blender to mix this product or can you just mix it with water and a spoon and a glass

It comes with a shaker cup to help you mix it. You can also use it in a blender with a smoothie. You can even bake with it.
