I order this , very soft 💊 to swallow, no bad smells , and I am using just now , is my second time , only on the label I found no direction how to take the pill, empty stomach or with meal, so I taking it with empty stomach and no problem. 😉, good stuff so let see! Thanks ☺️

Helped with hair growth!
This product really worked for hair growth. I'm a 60 plus year old female. It did not help with weight loss but I did not take the recommended daily dose either. No after taste.

Expensive
I sort of liked the product for its collagen purposes, but It did not help with burning fat off my body like it claimed it would. I only eat whole foods/clean foods, but I sure wish it would of helped with burning fat which it didn't. It is also very expensive.

Heel therapy in a capsule
My heels would literally crack and bleed and were so painful and gross looking and even Vaseline socks at night didn’t help. This has been a problem for me for years. This product is amazing. Forgive the pun but I am completely healed.
