The grid didn’t fit
It seems like the package was opened and the grid was swapped, the grid did not fit to the lightbox.

They fit right over my new lights no problem. I just wish you didn’t have to unplug the light from the power source to put these on. Besides that they’re very nice.

I was trying to find a soft box that would fit my GVM 800D-RGB lights but had a very hard time trying to find them in stock somewhere. I found the Newer NS4S softboxes and observed the size specifications as being half to one inch larger than my lights. I received a pair of them and when I installed them they fit perfectly with no modifications required. They each come with a honeycomb grid and a nice little carrying case that I can store my power cords in when not in use. I would definitely recommend for the quality and price.

I didn’t have a problem putting this on my light at all. Does fit tight but it’s suppose to. It does exactly what’s it’s designed to do with your project. I’m glad I decided to buy this despite some of the negative reviews claiming it’s cheap and doesn’t fit on the light well if at all. In hindsight these people saying this might have genuinely had a hard time getting this on their light, but I don’t think it was do to design at all. I also believe the quality to be to my standards. I use this shadow box grid for many things, from product photos for online store to content creation for my YouTube channel. Hope this helps others make a more informed decision.
