I've been using it for 3-4 months and I'm very satisfied with the function and operability. The 24' lead lets my dog run and explore. The lead material was great until she bit thru it in 2 bites. I easily took it apart, reattached and reinforced the end and it's as good as new.

Bulky but works well!

Super sturdy. Works amazing for my big dogs (100lbs). Glide on the leash is smooth, lock is easy to put on/off with one finger.If I had one complaint, it’s a little heavy but I expected that for a heavy duty retractable leash like this.

I don't know why all of the retractable leash products have identical shape. It's like someone who never seen a dog designed it and everyone else just slapped their logo on the same exact leach. The pulling force is applied parallel to the grip, meaning that the next time your 110lb dog spots a squirrel, your hand will be pushed to the end of the handle and compress your wrist/pinky. If that wasn't bad enough, your hand is pulled away from the controls so you can not operate it with one hand to control the locking switch. I received it today and just took my German Shepheard on a 20 minute walk. I have not had so much discomfort and pain in my wrist since my mountain bike accident.

Longest lasting one yet. I've had a lot of these. This brand/model lasted 12 months when the brake button malfunctioned and it doesn't work now. Can't lock. Disappointing.

Works great and makes walking our dog so much easier.
