This product has been a lifesaver for our bottle making. Instead of waiting 5 minutes with a screaming baby for our bottle to warm up baby has a warm bottle in seconds. Super easy to use and even has a nightlight feature so you can see how much water you’re pouring out in the middle of the night without having to turn on any bright lights. Warms up water fairly quickly and has 3 temp settings. We haven’t had any issues for the several months we have had it. It’s not too heavy or bulky we have even brought it with us when going on vacation.

Been using for the past 3 weeks and it was working fine until today. We have this dispenser next to our bedside for easy access for night feeds. I filled the water tank to where it says Max (did not exceed indicated level). Left and returned 20 minutes later to find that the dispenser was FULL on boiling the water and I mean the water was bubbling vigorously like a kettle and was leaking water everywhere. We had steam and water droplets on the walls - that’s how hot the water was. It has never happened before so we were shocked to find the water boiled down to half! The temperature is 78 degrees - exceeded 40 degrees, check the video and this was measured after we removed the plug and cleaned up the mess. We had our baby sleeping in the room, I cannot imagine how dangerous that wouldve been if it continued boiling. I suspect that the thermostat is defective. We got it refunded so its great service on Amazon’s behalf but as for the dispenser - not the most reliable dispense nor safe! Very disappointed considering it was working perfectly fine and we were happy with it before.
